Return Policy

At Fortis Physio, we want you to feel confident in the products you purchase from our clinic.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at info@fortisphysio.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns

We accept returns for:

Items that are faulty or damaged on arrival

Incorrect items received

Unused products in their original, unopened packaging

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used items

Opened skincare, creams, or supplements

Personal health products (e.g., braces, supports, mouth guards, etc.) unless faulty

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product (for example, for the correct size), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
